If you’re looking into wearable breast pumps, chances are you’ve run across a flood of options, many of which are nearly identical. But every now and then, a pump comes along that feels different - in a good way. Enter the Lacevo wearable pump.
Retailing at $349, the Lacevo is available exclusively on the Lacevo website (use code “latchingwithgrace” for 10% off) and at Target. It's a sleek, modern option that clearly shows signs of thoughtful design, and not just in function, but in experience. Here’s everything you need to know if you're considering this pump.
A Quick PSA: Wearables Shouldn’t Be Your Primary Pump
I don’t recommend using any wearable pump as your primary or only pump—especially in the early days of establishing supply.
Here’s why:
Wearables often aren’t as strong or efficient as traditional pumps.
They often require double the amount of time to make you feel “empty”
They’re amazing for convenience, but that can come at the cost of milk removal over time.
If you’re trying to maintain or build supply, your main pump should be something a little more powerful.
Think of wearables like this: They’re supplements, not replacements. Great for errands, work, or chasing toddlers—but not the tool you want to rely on 100%.

Designed by a Mom - And You Can Tell
Some pumps claim to be designed for moms; this one actually feels like it. The first thing you notice is the deluxe flange sizing kit that comes with the pump:
5 different flange inserts
A measuring tool
A mirror (yes, a mirror - so helpful!)
It makes getting the right fit much easier and more accurate, especially for first-time users.
Then there’s the carrying case, which is possibly my favorite part:
It has custom notches to hold motors securely when separated from the collection cups.
A wet/dry bag is included.
The top folds down with a clip, giving you organized space for your chargers and accessories.
And did I mention it comes in sleek black? It looks and feels premium.
The Details
Here’s a breakdown of the technical aspects:
24mm silicone flange design (with the option to size down using the included inserts)
6 oz collection containers
Flanges fit into collection cup very snug, which makes them feel secure but a little tricky to remove for cleaning
App control is available, but personally, I didn’t find it necessary - I gave up after a minute of trying
Ideal for elastic nipples thanks to longer flange tunnels
4 pumping modes, each with 12 suction levels:
Drop in a circle: Automatic mode that gradually increases suction strength
Heart between waves: Letdown mode
Single drop: Mixed mode (starts with letdown, then moves to expression)
Double drop: Expression-only mode
Not a quiet pump. It’s not disruptive, but you’ll hear it
Takes 2 hours to fully charge, yielding 4–6 sessions per charge (depending on settings and duration)
Comes equipped with an overflow sensor, which adds peace of mind
Output + Comfort
Now for the most important part: how well does it work?
For me, the Lacevo gives me the most output of any wearable I own (most of the time). I honestly don’t know exactly why, but I think it comes down to the balance it strikes between comfort and strength. Most wearables feel pinchy to me, but this one doesn’t. The suction feels gentle yet efficient, and the experience is very manageable—even for longer sessions.
A quick note: this pump doesn’t have a long suction “pull,” so if you rely on a slow cycle rhythm, this might not be your ideal pump. But personally, I haven’t found that to affect its ability to remove milk effectively.
Final Thoughts
The Lacevo is not just another wearable - it genuinely stands out. With thoughtful extras like the flange sizing station and carrying case, plus strong, comfortable suction, it’s earned a top spot in my rotation.
It's not the most discreet or silent pump on the market, and the app isn't a must-use feature, but those are small trade-offs for what you do get.
If you're in the market for a reliable, well-designed wearable that actually performs, Lacevo is worth considering.
